Privacy policy

Last revised: March 4, 2026

This policy explains how Pig Farm, also called Heo Farm, handles information collected through its farm-management mobile application, distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. The service aims to follow applicable Google Play privacy, user-data, deception, and device-abuse requirements, together with Apple privacy review guidance.

1. Information collected

Account details: name, email, telephone number, and avatar supplied during registration or profile updates.

Login information: locally stored access and refresh tokens, plus an optionally remembered email address or phone number.

Device details: device model, operating system, application version, and FCM registration token for notifications.

Media and files: camera- or gallery-provided photos and videos used for batch records, product images, purchase requests, attachments, and profile pictures.

Identity documents: front and back images of a national identity card, if voluntarily added to a profile.

Offline drafts: temporary form drafts stored on the device. They are not uploaded until the user submits them.

The application does not collect GPS-based precise or approximate location. Location fields identify farms or pens rather than the device’s physical position.

2. Use of information

Account access, authentication, and profile administration.

Farm, pen, batch, warehouse, purchasing, and dashboard functions.

Push alerts concerning approvals, changes, and other farm events.

Processing media attached to application records.

Feature improvement, troubleshooting, and defect correction.

Compliance with applicable legal duties.

Personal and sensitive information is not sold to outside parties.

3. Sharing and service providers

Backend API: application data is sent to servers, including farm-api.namtrungprofile.work, for processing, storage, and synchronization.

Firebase by Google: FCM tokens and limited device information support push messaging. See Firebase Privacy at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Legal or safety matters: information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Personal or sensitive information is not provided to third parties for advertising or marketing.

4. Permissions and sensitive functions

Camera: barcode and QR scanning, photography, and video capture for batch records and attachments.

Photos and media: choosing images or videos from the device library for upload.

Notifications: displaying push messages; permission may be refused.

5. Retention and account deletion

Information is retained only for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

Users may request deletion of their account and related information at any time in the application through Profile → Settings or support, or outside the application by emailing the address below with an account deletion request.

Requests are handled within 30 days. Data is permanently removed unless applicable law requires continued retention.

6. Security measures

HTTPS/TLS protection for API transmissions.

Protected local storage for authentication tokens.

Backend access controls and authentication mechanisms.

7. Disclosure and consent

Runtime permission dialogs are used for camera, media, and notifications.

The application explains the relevant purpose in context, such as scanning a code or photographing a batch record.

Refusing permission disables the associated feature but does not prevent general application use.

8. Children

The application is not intended for children younger than 13, and the operator does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact the operator if such information has been supplied so it can be removed.

9. User rights

Depending on location, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability. Requests should be sent using the contact information below.

10. Policy updates

Material changes will be posted on this page, together with an updated revision date.
